Simple & Yummy Veggie Upma

Process to prepare :

  1. Soak Chudaa ( powa) with water in a container and let it for some time till the water is completely mixed with it.
  2. Cut vegetables like : cauliflowers, green pea, tomatoes, onions , coriander leaves , green chillies.
  3. Put a pan on gas and put some amount of refined oil ( sunflower oil) and heat it for a min.
  4. Put Onion pieces , coriander leaves,  green chillies and fry it till onion become slight brown.
  5. Put green pea , cauliflowers and other green vegetables (if using )on it and fry it for some time till it become slight hard. 
  6. Add turmeric powder and mix the fried onions with it. 
  7. Mix tomato pieces , add little salt ( based on your requirement )and cover it for some time so that it will create a soft paste.
  8. Once the paste is ready , add the soaked powa or chudda with the tomato paste and mix it nicely with love :) 



9. Finally simple and yummy Veggie Upma is ready to serve ;)  
10. Serve on plate with good presentation because more that taste , presentation is matter in food :)
