Simple & Yummy Veggie Upma
Process to prepare :
- Soak Chudaa ( powa) with water in a container and let it for some time till the water is completely mixed with it.
- Cut vegetables like : cauliflowers, green pea, tomatoes, onions , coriander leaves , green chillies.
- Put a pan on gas and put some amount of refined oil ( sunflower oil) and heat it for a min.
- Put Onion pieces , coriander leaves, green chillies and fry it till onion become slight brown.
- Put green pea , cauliflowers and other green vegetables (if using )on it and fry it for some time till it become slight hard.
- Add turmeric powder and mix the fried onions with it.
- Mix tomato pieces , add little salt ( based on your requirement )and cover it for some time so that it will create a soft paste.
- Once the paste is ready , add the soaked powa or chudda with the tomato paste and mix it nicely with love :)
9. Finally simple and yummy Veggie Upma is ready to serve ;)
10. Serve on plate with good presentation because more that taste , presentation is matter in food :)
