Preparation Steps :
Following things should be followed to prepare Mooga Daali Bara.
- Soak Moog Daal for 6 hrs,
- Grind coarsely along with jeera, red/green chilli , green coriander leaves and salt.
- Make sure the the grinded stuffs should be thick enough i.e one should have the fine paste from the above grinding.
- From the above prepared paste make small - small balls ready for fry.
- Deep fry the above prepared small balls.
- Your Mooga Daali Bara is ready.
- Serve your prepared Mooga Daali Bara with your choice curry or interesting combination.
